A very warm thank you to colleagues at Northern and Network Rail for completing the long awaited refurbishment of Arnside footbridge which now looks fantastic!  This much needed freshen up really does improve the overall appearance of the station.  Together with the recently completed road resurfacing works and newly installed LED lighting, Arnside station has had a much deserved facelift and is positively glowing in the sunshine!  Definitely worth a visit when the lockdown regulations are lifted.  Our thanks also to Robert Parker, former secretary of the Furness Line Community Rail Partnership, for the photograph.
