The recently refurbished Millom Heritage & Arts Centre is now open again between the hours of 10am – 3.30pm Monday to Saturday (last entry to the museum is 3pm), you will find the Centre located on the southbound platform of Millom Railway station. Drop inside and explore the street where you will find a new poetry room that provides an environment for young and old to express themselves through the use of words, refurbished war room, gift shop selling products from local artists and of course the wonderful model railway.  The museum is free entry, donations are welcomed as this helps with the running costs of the facility.

Having worked up an appetite, you can drop into the Trackside Café next door for some well earned refreshments.
