Storm Ciara affects Cumbrian Coast Line

All Northern passenger train services along the Cumbrian Coast Line between Barrow in Furness and Carlisle are suspended on Sunday 9th February 2020.

Due to the high winds expected on Sunday there is no train service along the Cumbrian Coast Line and there will be no alternative road transport available in either direction.  Customers are advised not to travel on this route on Sunday the 9th February.  Northern apologise for the inconvenience caused by this disruption.

Please check your travel arrangements on line or via telephone before travelling on Monday in case further disruption is caused.
