The Wasdale Shuttle bus will make your visit to Wasdale easier for you and better for the climate, the community and the landscape. Parking in the valley is limited, but at peak times you can park in the pop-up car park in Nether Wasdale and catch the bus to Wasdale Head.

Thanks to grant funding the bus is free (although donations would be appreciate on board!)

The bus will run on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays during May half term and  July, August and the start of September 2022.

June 2,3,4,5.

July 2,3,9,10,16,17,23,24,28,29.

August 6,7,13,14,20,21,27,28,29. September 3,4.

The bus will pick up anywhere on the route where it is safe to do so.
Well behaved dogs are allowed, not on the seats!
